I used some shallots, fresh string beans, carrots, celery from food pantry, left over broccoli, beans from Chinese takeout the other night, potatoes. Added soy sauce, Italian spices, bread crumbs, and a scoop of peanut butter for a tasty sauce.  yum.

Use window and oscillating fans instead of air conditioner this summer and..

live greener as save energy and money too. Also kinder on the joints of self and your furry friends too. MInimize car use as much as possible in favor of walking and biking and go to farmer's markets for produce to support the local farmer,local economy instead of buying oranges from florida and so on..Grow your own garden and veggies preferably organically. Am enjoying my basil plant for when have pasta and tomato sauce as put sprigs of basil in dish,mm.
