fresh veggies, chicken, seasonings. Really came out good, tasty(and healthy, cheap to make, green too!)! I used some shallots, fresh string beans, carrots, celery from food pantry, left over broccoli, beans from Chinese takeout the other night, potatoes. Added soy sauce, Italian spices, bread crumbs, and a scoop of peanut butter for a tasty sauce.  yum.

shutting hall light out. my neighbors like to leave it on in day. They don't pay for it or so they think s included with rent. Do as that is money being wasted that could be put toward maintaining the building.

thanks to those who participated,came out and sponsored this event. We had about 25 vendors, including sponsors like local banks and even a hybrid and electric car there! I gave my lecture on how going and being 'Green is NOT a 4 letter
word'. I think it went well. You can catch my speel on the local radio station this link.They are out of Greene and columbia counties of upstate NY in the hudson River VAlley area. I think it was great exposure for me as an artist.jewelry designer and for my busness'Artzstuf'. Thanks you to all who made it memorable.
